Seborrheic dermatitis of the face, with or without rashes and redness: after a gentle cleansing of the skin areas to be treated, apply Kelual emulsion morning and evening.Seborrheic dermatitis of babies' scalp (cradle cap): apply Kelual emulsion by massaging slightly. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Finish with an extra-gentle Ducray shampoo.
