Your complete satisfaction is always important to us and we understand there are times that you may need to return a product. In the event that you do need to return your product, please review the policy below:

Returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date for a refund.

• Returned merchandise must be in its original, UNOPENED and UNUSED, resalable condition. Products are all checked upon return.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged items.
• All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase once return is validated by the warehouse.

In case we are to send you a label for the return, you would be credited for the full refund of purchase product price, less product shipping (we do not reimburse any shipping costs) and handling ($14 flat fee in the USA, $49 for international orders). An additional new delivery fee may be added for new delivery requests within 14 days of purchase.
